About us+

Little pieces. Big discoveries.

Fraclit is built around a simple idea: learning feels different when a child can hold an idea in their hands. We bring the world of fractions closer through colour, movement and everyday curiosity.

From abstract to hands-on

A fraction on a page can feel unfamiliar. A whole circle, two halves or four quarters gives a child something to explore. The magnetic fraction book lets families compare shapes, arrange pieces and talk about how parts fit together.

Learning, together

We believe in making room for questions. Start with something small, try a different combination and celebrate the moment a connection makes sense. There is no need to rush the discovery.

Our approach

We focus on visual, hands-on learning tools and clear product information so parents and educators can choose what suits their learners. Product pages explain the item being offered; the website’s 3D scenes are illustrations that help introduce it.

Refund and return policy+

We want the item you receive to match your order and the product description. Please contact My Store 2 if there is a problem with your purchase.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as you reasonably can with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem. We will explain the available resolution, including replacement or refund where appropriate and required by applicable law.

Other return requests

Contact us before ordering to confirm whether a change-of-mind return is available for your item. Any agreed return period, condition requirements, exclusions and return shipping charges will be provided before purchase. This does not limit your rights for goods that are faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

How to request a return

Contact support with your order number, the item and the reason for your request.
Wait for return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send an item to an address on a shipping label without confirmation.
Pack the item securely, including the relevant parts and accessories, and keep proof of return shipment.

We will explain any return shipping arrangements and costs before you send the item. If we supplied a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange an appropriate remedy without passing on costs that applicable law requires us to bear.

Refunds

We will notify you when a return is received and assessed and explain the refund decision. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method; where that is not possible, we will agree an appropriate alternative. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We will check whether it can still be changed before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return process may apply. Exchanges depend on product availability and your applicable rights.

Your legal rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Terms and conditions+

These terms apply to use of this store and orders placed with My Store 2. Please read the product information and relevant policies before ordering.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or act with the authority of a parent or guardian where permitted by law. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or use it for unlawful activity.

Products and illustrations

The product page describes the item offered for sale. Photographs, 3D scenes, lighting and screen settings can affect how colours and details appear. Decorative website objects and interactive effects are not included in an order unless expressly listed. Check the listed contents, suitability and safety information before purchase.

Prices, payment and orders

The price and currency shown at checkout apply to your order, together with disclosed taxes and delivery charges. Payment must be authorised through the available checkout methods. If an item is unavailable or a material error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and the available options, including refund of any payment where the order cannot be fulfilled. These terms do not permit us to avoid obligations imposed by law.

Delivery

Provide a complete, accurate delivery address. Delivery charges and any available estimates are shown during ordering. Estimates can be affected by location, carrier operations and circumstances outside our control. Contact us if your order is delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly.

Returns and refunds

Our return and refund policy describes how to request assistance and how approved returns are handled. Your statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

Product use

Follow the product’s instructions, age guidance, warnings and supervision requirements. The book is a learning tool; learning outcomes vary and no particular educational result is guaranteed.

Website content and third parties

Store content belongs to its respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or commercially distribute it without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party services and linked websites may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Responsibility and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first with a concern so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and the rights and forums available to consumers under that law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes do not remove rights attached to an order already placed.
